The detained chief of the Indigenous Individuals of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, flared up in the courtroom on Thursday throughout his trial.
Kanu was heard accusing the judge of being biased, stressing that he doesn’t know legislation.
The IPOB founder misplaced his cool, shouted at the judge, saying “present me the legislation. The place’s the legislation?”
Following Kanu’s repeated shouts that the trial judge should present him the place it was written in legislation that he was not entitled to file a written deal with in the case, the court docket quickly halted proceedings to permit safety operatives to take him out of the room.
He was subsequently escorted out of the courtroom by safety operatives.
