Super Eagles defender Calvin Bassey has mirrored on Nigeria’s defeat to DR Congo within the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying playoff closing on Sunday.

Nigeria is not going to take part within the 2026 World Cup after shedding to the Leopards on penalties, following a 1-1 attract regulation time.
The likes of Bassey, Moses Simon, and Semi Ajayi all missed their penalty kicks towards DR Congo.
Talking to reporters after the sport, Bassey mirrored on his time in Morocco and the DR Congo match.
