The founding father of Residing Religion Church, Bishop David Oyedepo, has declared that Nigeria can never be Islamised.
Bishop Oyedepo made the assertion throughout his sermon on the church headquarters in Ota, Ogun State, in response to studies of genocide in Nigeria.
His declaration comes simply days after the USA carried out airstrikes on a terrorist base in Sokoto State on Christmas Day.
The clergyman recalled how God assured him that the battle in opposition to terrorism is already gained, noting that overseas curiosity in combating terror in Nigeria subsequently elevated.
