The appointment is for a second and last four-year time period.

This was introduced in an announcement by Segun Imohiosen, Director of Info and Public Relations, Workplace of the Secretary to the Authorities of the Federation.

Imohiosen mentioned the appointment is in step with Part 93 of the Electrical energy Act 2023.

Tinubu urged Yelwa to construct on the fee’s achievements and introduce larger innovation and dedication in delivering its mandate.
