The Benue State Inner Income Service, BIRS, has ordered the withdrawal of all its personnel from produce inspection points throughout the state, efficient 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2025, in preparation for the implementation of the Nigeria Tax Laws 2025.
The directive adopted an emergency assembly between the Government Chairman of BIRS, administration, zonal tax officers and space tax officers held on December 30, 2025.
