Olumba made the assertion throughout actions marking the 2nd version of the Worldwide Divine Vanguard Retreat 2026, at a press briefing held at Enerhen Pentecost Centre, Effurun, Uvwie Native Authorities Space of Delta State.

He was represented on the briefing by Patriarch Christ Shepherd, CPCS Ogar Osim.

“However that registration is just to meet human functions, human pursuits. Similar to Christ stated, ‘Give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God.’”

Nevertheless, he added, “That registration or affiliation with both CAN does not in any approach equate to the spiritual authority that runs the brotherhood, as a result of the spiritual authority is God. And all the things, together with the federal government, is beneath God.

“In case tomorrow, when the Pentecostals are doing one thing, you see Brotherhood there, don’t say they’re a part of it. Why are they there? No! We’re there as a result of circumstances demand that we ought to be there.
