Lere Olayinka, media aide to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT Nyesom Wike has revealed why the Oyo State Governor fell out with President Bola Tinubu.
DAILY POST reviews that Makinde, at a media chat with chosen journalists in Ibadan on Tuesday mentioned he wouldn’t be supporting Tinubu’s re-election bid.
Makinde, who accused Wike of plotting to destabilize the Peoples Democratic Social gathering, PDP for Tinubu’s re-election, mentioned he might also be on the poll towards the president.
Reacting, Lere in a Fb put up, alleged that the governor fell out with the president as a result of his ministerial nominee was not accepted by Tinubu.
Lere claimed that Makinde would nonetheless be clapping for the president if his nominee was accepted and fashioned Tinubu’s cupboard.
“If Governor Seyi Makinde’s nominee for Oyo State ministerial place was accepted by President Tinubu, he’ll nonetheless be clapping for the President now”, Lere wrote.
