Protesters calling for a hostage launch deal and an end to the war blocked site visitors on considered one of Jerusalem’s fundamental highways on Sunday morning.
The demonstrators marched from Hebrew College’s Givat Ram campus and occupied Start Boulevard, a key thoroughfare within the capital.
Organizers had saved the protest route secret, instructing members solely to “comply with the drummers.” Inside minutes of the demonstration’s begin, the drummers abruptly modified route, main marchers towards the freeway.
Police declared the gathering unlawful however, as of mid-morning, had not begun arresting protesters who have been sitting on the street.
