Former Ogun Peoples Democratic Social gathering, PDP, Chairman, Sikirulah Ogundele has mocked the get together’s 2023 governorship candidate, Ladipupo Adetutu over his loss at polling unit and ward at Iperu-Remo within the Saturday’s bye-election.

The election held on Saturday was to interchange late Adewunmi Oriyomi Onanuga, the previous lawmaker representing Ikenne/Sagamu/Remo North Federal constituency, who handed away in January after a quick sickness.
In Adebutu’s polling unit, Iperu III, Ikenne Native authorities, the APC polled 96 votes, PDP 60 votes, ADC 1 votes, LP 0 vote and SDP 1 vote.
The primary contender within the ballot included APC’s candidate, Adesola Elegbeji and her PDP counterpart, Bolarinwa Oluwole.
Ogundele attributed the electoral defeat to the current mass motion of credible members throughout the state from the get together to the ruling APC, which in line with him, is extra formidable, properly organised, and credible
