The Government Secretary and Chief Government Officer of the Nationwide Sugar Improvement Council (NSDC), Mr. Kamar Bakrin, has mentioned ongoing reforms on the Nigerian Sugar Institute (NSI) are geared toward eliminating the nation’s sugar production deficit.
