The Federation of Worldwide Soccer Affiliation, FIFA, has imposed a transfer ban on Nigeria Nationwide League, NNL, facet, Heartland FC.
The Naze Millionaires have been prevented from registering new gamers for 3 transfer home windows.
The transfer ban was necessitated following the Owerri membership’s failure to satisfy excellent entitlements to their former participant, N’Goran Roland Adjourmani Koffi.
Koffi featured for Heartland in the course of the 2023-24 NPFL season.
