Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has appealed to residents to desist from verbally or bodily attacking authorities enforcement officers, stressing that grievances needs to be addressed by way of the correct authorities.
The governor made the attraction on the 2025 Stakeholders’ Engagement on Bodily Planning, themed “Planning Allow: The Rebirth”, organised by the Lagos State Bodily Planning Allow Authority, LASPPPA.
Represented by his Deputy Chief of Workers, Sam Egube, Sanwo-Olu reminded residents that bodily planning officers perform their duties in accordance with established rules and deserve respect.
“Residents are warned against verbal or bodily attacks on officers. Aggrieved members of the general public ought to channel complaints by way of established authorities platforms. Civility, dialogue, and adherence to due course of are the hallmarks of a purposeful society that seeks sustainable improvement,” the governor acknowledged.

Additionally talking, Commissioner for Bodily Planning and City Growth, Olumide Oluyinka, reiterated the federal government’s resolve to safeguard lives and property.
