Kogi State Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has publicly acknowledged the existence of cabals inside his administration, describing them as instrumental to the successes recorded thus far by his authorities.
The governor made the disclosure whereas talking at a public occasion in his hometown on Sunday.
In a light-hearted however pointed comment, Ododo brazenly admitted belonging to a cabal and praised the effectiveness of the present one working with him.
