The Kano State Commissioner of Police, Ibrahim Adamu Bakori, on Monday embellished 29 officers of the command with their new ranks, together with the Police Public Relations Officer, SP Abdullahi Haruna.
The ornament ceremony befell on the Officers’ Mess in Kano state.
Whereas talking on the occasion, CP Bakori described the promotion as a well-deserved recognition of the officers’ arduous work, dedication, and repair to the nation.
He mentioned that the promotions have been permitted by the Police Service Fee on the advice of the Inspector-Common of Police, Kayode Egbetokun.

Giving a breakdown of the promotion listing, the CP mentioned two officers have been promoted from Chief Superintendent to Assistant Commissioner of Police, 21 from Superintendent to Chief Superintendent, and 6 from Deputy Superintendent to Superintendent of Police.
