Gambari made this assertion on Monday when he featured in an interview on Come up Tv’s ‘Prime Time’ monitored by DAILY POST.

In accordance with him: “INEC is the electoral referee and in some ways, the INEC should be like Caesar’s spouse beyond suspicion.
