Haggai was apprehended on January 16, 2026, at about 10 p.m. at his residence in Sauka-Kahuta, Minna, by operatives of the Pressure Intelligence Division and the Particular Tactical Squad, following intelligence stories and a grievance from certainly one of his victims.
