Former Peoples Democratic Get together, PDP, governorship candidate in Nasarawa State, David Ombugadu, has formally joined the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
Ombugadu joined the APC on Tuesday after resigning his membership from the PDP.
DAILY POST had reported that Ombugadu, popularly generally known as Davematics, resigned his membership of the party following weeks of hypothesis surrounding his political future.
Recall that the previous two-term member of the Home of Representatives introduced his resignation in a letter dated February 28, 2026, addressed to the PDP chairman of Ikka Wangibi Ward in Nassarawa Eggon Native Authorities Space.
Following his defection, Ombugadu additionally declared his curiosity in operating for the Nasarawa North Senatorial District in 2027.
