Former Minister of Defence, Mohammed Badaru Abubakar, has denied experiences circulating on social media that he’s in talks to defect to the African Democratic Congress, ADC.
A press release signed by the previous minister and issued to newsmen stated the report is baseless and unfounded.
Badaru described the experiences as false, unfounded and pushed by political mischief meant for political acquire.
He harassed that he stays firmly dedicated to the All Progressives Congress (APC), a celebration he helped to determine, including that his loyalty to the social gathering is complete and unwavering.
He urged members of the general public and supporters of the APC to ignore the deceptive claims, reiterating that he has no intention of leaving the social gathering and stays a devoted member of the APC.
There was hypothesis through social media alleging that Bada is making strikes to cross to the opposition ADC.
Nevertheless, there was a powerful political rivalry amongst loyalist of the previous Minister and the serving Governor Malam Umar Namadi with every group accusing the opposite of anti-party.
