Arsenal supervisor, Mikel Arteta, has claimed that “his heart almost stopped” throughout the 2-1 win over Chelsea on Sunday.
Arteta was referring to a late likelihood for the Blues, with David Raya clawing away Joao Pedro’s effort.
Raya made the save with the scoreline at 2-1 already, after Jurrien Timber had headed in what proved to be the winner.
Piero Hincapie’s personal objective had cancelled out William Saliba’s opener.
Talking on Raya’s save, Arteta advised the media: “My heart almost stopped.
“David Raya’s fingers had been there to carry it again to life.”
Arsenal stay 5 factors away from Manchester Metropolis, though they’ve performed yet another fixture.
