Dangote Sugar Plc has introduced Mr Thabo Mabe, a South African, as its new Group Managing Director and Chief Government Officer.
This follows the sudden resignation of Mr Ravindra Singhvi, an Indian.
The corporate disclosed this in a shareholders’ discover on Tuesday, in compliance with Nigerian Alternate Restricted rules.
Mabe’s appointment takes impact from December 1, whereas Singhvi’s resignation is efficient from November 3ⁿ2025. The agency didn’t state a motive for Singhvi’s resignation.
