President Bola Tinubu has thanked safety forces, after Catholic School college students in Niger State and worshippers in Kwara State, regained their freedom.
In a press release on Sunday, he promised that each Nigerian could be secure below his watch.
His assertion learn: “You’ll recall that I cancelled my journey to the G20 summit in South Africa to allow me to coordinate the safety efforts at dwelling.
“Because of the efforts of our safety forces over the previous couple of days, all of the 38 worshippers kidnapped in Eruku, Kwara State have been rescued.
“I’m equally glad that 51 out of the lacking college students of the Catholic School in Niger State, have been recovered.
“I’m carefully monitoring the safety state of affairs nationwide and receiving steady updates from the frontline.
“Let me be clear: I can’t relent. Each Nigerian, in each state, has the best to security and below my watch, we are going to safe this nation and defend our individuals.”
