A younger man, recognized as Edward Okorie has been apprehended by the police for allegedly beating his girlfriend, Sophy Chika to death throughout an altercation that occurred in their co-habited condo in Ohafia, Abia State.

DSP Chinaka stated that the result of the investigation would reveal the circumstances surrounding the incident.
