ASUU: ‘Every single request met, no justification for strike’ – Nigerian Govt

The Federal Authorities says it has met each demand of the Educational Workers Union of Universities, ASUU, urging the union to droop its strike.

The Minister of Training, Tunji Alausa, mentioned this on Monday, whereas responding to questions in an interview on ‘The Morning Transient’, a programme on Channels Tv.

Alausa said that the federal government has engaged ASUU repeatedly since he took workplace and that there’s no justification for the commercial motion.

“We’ve got addressed each single request by ASUU; there’s no want for this strike, and we’re pleading with them to return to highschool,” he mentioned.
