The Lagos and Ogun State Governments have confirmed that British heavyweight boxer, Anthony Joshua, has been discharged from hospital following the deadly street accident that claimed the lives of two younger males, Lateef Ayodele and Cina Gami, on December 29, 2025.
In a joint assertion issued on Tuesday, the 2 state governments expressed deep condolences to the households of the deceased, describing the incident as tragic and painful. They prayed for the repose of the souls of the victims and for energy for his or her households to bear the loss.
