The governor made the assertion on Thursday when he spoke to newsmen on the Authorities Home in Umuahia.

Otti said that waste merchandise at the moment are being transformed from biogas into renewable vitality for Abians, including that the state is no longer underneath the management of the Nigerian Electrical energy Regulatory Fee, NERC.
