The previous Minority Leader of Abia State House of Assembly, Chijioke Chukwu, has alleged that the current state parliament has failed to hold out checks and balances on the Governor Alex Otti-led executive arm
Chukwu who was reacting to the Speaker’s excessive ranking of Otti’s efficiency, stated it was regrettable that an impartial arm of authorities led by Emmanuel Emeruwa could possibly be hobnobbing with the executive.
