Hakeem Baba-Ahmed, a former political adviser to President Bola Tinubu, says he wished the president doesn’t search re-election within the 2027 presidential race.
Baba-Ahmed mentioned this throughout an interview on ‘Sunday Politics’, a programme on Channels Tv monitored by DAILY POST.
In response to him, Tinubu has not demonstrated the starvation or drive of somebody dedicated to fixing Nigeria.
“I’m sorry, however I’ve to say this once more. Once I left his administration, one of many issues I instructed many individuals was, ‘I wish President Tinubu wouldn’t run once more in 2027.
“First, he mentioned his ambition was to be president, and he has now achieved that. He mentioned ‘Emilokan,’ and he had his flip. However I don’t suppose he has run the nation nicely.
“The Tinubu we used to know, the Tinubu with all of the starvation and good intelligence for scheming, hasn’t proven that very same starvation to sort things,” Baba-Ahmed mentioned.
