Safety forces have rescued all 20 villagers kidnapped from Dunfawa village in Moriki District of Zurmi Native Authorities Space, Zamfara State.
Safety sources confirmed to Zagazola Makama that the victims had been freed unhurt after they had been abducted by armed bandits who attacked the village on Saturday, inflicting panic amongst residents.
In keeping with the sources, the rescue came about round 4 pm after joint safety patrol groups mounted sustained strain on the abductors in the Moriki space.
The bandits had been pressured to flee and abandon their captives through the operation.
